Private Yoga Therapy

One-on-one Private Yoga Therapy in Woodland Hills is a wonderful way to take care of yourself!

Our private yoga instructor will compile a specific class set for each patient’s needs based on what they ask for, or what their chiropractor prescribes. Most yoga students come to private sessions to help rehabilitate from an injury, learn correct alignment and postures to move safely in group classes or treat themselves to some self-care. Private Yoga sessions are suitable for beginners to advanced students.

Expect to work up a sweat, but also relax deeply to incorporate an integrative approach to finding your optimum health, flexibility, and strength.

The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness.
