PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Andrea

Born and raised in Southern California, Andrea has been a Pilates enthusiast for 15 years. After many years of practicing Pilates and seeing her own body transform, and realizing the overall benefits, Andrea wanted to share Pilates with others.  In 2019, she deepened her practice and received a comprehensive certification through Pilates Sports Center.

As an instructor, Andrea teaches the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates fused with contemporary exercises. Andrea’s educational training and deep understanding of the fundamentals of Pilates allow her to recognize the importance and quality of instruction.

She enjoys working with clients during private training sessions focusing on form, and body awareness. Whether it’s self practice or teaching, Andrea finds joy in Pilates and her goal is to encourage her clients to feel that same love for pilates that she continues to have.

For Andrea, the most fulfilling part of being an instructor is helping clients discover the strength of their own body and helping to improve their quality of life through healthy movement.
