Private Yoga Therapy

One-on-one Private Yoga Therapy is a wonderful way to take care of yourself!
The instructor will compile a specific class set for each patient’s needs based on what they ask for, or what their chiropractor prescribes. Most yoga students come to private sessions to rehabilitate from an injury, to learn correct alignment and postures so they can move safely in group classes, or to treat themselves to self-care. Suitable for beginners to advance students.
Expect to work up a sweat, but also relax deeply to incorporate an integrative approach to finding your optimum health, flexibility, and strength.
